No delivery

After placing an order for a fridge on 21 September after the 7 days delivery lead time all I have received are excuses that I am not available when delivery is made but not once has the delivery been to the address provided for delivery.

I am sure that they would find me at my home address and I am equally sure I will not be at every other address in South 3.
