No Delivery

I bought a frigde from Game Richards Bay on Monday. I was called twice today by the delivery people asking if I'm home, I said yes and asked them what time they will deliver they said 'now' both times. I waited the whole day for them the delivery was never made. When I call the store I go through to a lady who keeps transferring me to an unattended number so I never got help from the store.
