no delivery

I bought a fridge cash on the 2nd of July and it's still not delivered , I have called the store numerous times spoke to Lawrence and he assured me that their delivery company will deliver, I went to the store on friday to enquire about the delivery , I called on Sat and Sunday and Monday but still no delivery, I called Vivian and he kept on saying that his men are coming but I am still waiting and I still don't have a fridge. I bought this fridge cash , I paid for the delivery but nothing empty promises and in general devastating service.
