No Customer services

Zero stars actually. I purchased a genesis duravac from game pavilion in January 2022 all of a sudden it just doesn't turn on its still in good condition though. I call customer services number on the receipt and they advise I can go to any fame with my slip etc which I did Game Pinecrest and how disgusting is the customer service. Firstly I must wait 20minutes to see the verimark representative only to have her tell me I must go to verimark. I advised the genesis was purchased at game she was so rude and unhelpful I walked away either still not working vacuum. I won't be back and they gave lost a lot of business as I shop often with my game card. It's supposed to have 2 year guarantee but the do called person representing them is useless. I have slip. What do I do I had to pay for parking for nothing. What happened to caring for customers
