No customer service

What a joke I bought a kettle at game on a reduced price 3 months later the kettle is not working I returned it and was told I have to pay the difference for the discount I was given as the kettle no longer sell for the price but this is a return broken item to be replaced I had a choice of refund and pay the discount I was given 3 months ago for the same kettle
