No customer service

Was yesterday at Cape Gate Game, to buy a tower Bluetooth speaker, the guy at the speakers and TV's was so unfriendly and angry, I asked for help to test a Bluetooth speaker I was interested in, he refused to help and walked away, then I went to the information desk I asked if I can see the manager, the lady called the manager and she said she is on lunch I can wait for her for an hour, this is ridiculous now I must wait for assistance for an hour as everyone in game was on lunch from 18:00, this is pathetic worst service in my life, I will rather go to Makro as no matter what the situation is the sales people on the floor they do there work as if it's a passion they know all about customer service which game lacks at, just easier to close game at cape gate if you can't assist people, most pathetic useless people ever. when I asked the one sales person on the floor for assistance he kept on flirting and talking about *** with another client female client who needed assistance, it seems like if you need *** all the men wants to assist but when it's something you want to buy you're a joke to them
