No customer service

Useless online service. Delivered damaged dishwasher, then took a week to fetch. Then sent me mail saying they refunding me which I didn`t ask for. For 2 weeks the manger lee jacobs keeps making excuses about the refund. does not communicate at all. I am still waiting for my refund.
