No customer service at all and the staff is very rude to customers.

The lack of Customer service at Game Centurion is very sad . On the 7th June 2020 I went to the store to buy and I got to the shops door at 14:52pm and the securities refused to let us in .. Telling us they need to knock off the 15:00pm meanwhile the store operation hours are 9:00am to 15:00pm. They rudeness that we got from them was very sad . They were busy shouting at us in front of people as if we are not customers. The store manager that was there at the time didn’t even call them to order. I won’t recommend Game centurion mall to anyone. I will never go there. Your stuff really needs training on how to talk to customers.
