No customer service at all

<p>I received a message from Game to collect my store card from them.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am at Cresta Game at then moment, standing here for over an hour.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the SMS it did not say where to go so naturally I went to the customer service desk which is at the entrance.</p> <p> </p> <p>I.waited in a long line there only to be told that they cannot assist and was referred to the credit desk which is at the far end of the.store and barely unidentifiable.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then had to wait in another line. </p> <p> </p> <p>After getting my turn I expressed my frustration only to be told that it's my fault as I should have asked at information.</p> <p>I disagree as the department's should be clearly marked.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was also told that I just need to collect my card but I have been waiting an extra 15 minutes just to get my card.</p> <p> </p> <p>Do you guys want customers?????????</p>
