No Customer Service

I places a order on the 17 April, i still didn't recieve my order. I have send over 20 mails to there customer care where you get a flat ignore, Complained on Facebook where it was advise i would get help. After struggling to phone them. Once agent just took my number and never got back. Phoned again and that agent tried to help and said there systems went offline and she will call me back... I dont think game has the option on their phones to dail out to give customers feedback.
