No Customer Service

I bought a kettle from game a year and a half ago with a three year warranty. The kettle broke a few days ago but when I tried to return it I had to wait 30 minutes for a manager to show up and then they wouldn't give me a refund or swap the broken kettle in for a new one and I recieved a few nasty comments from Julika Jansen an employee who was supposed to be helping me in the returns section. Shop is going downhill fast and I can understand why.
