No Customer service

Went to Game, Mthatha Plaza, on Monday 19 April 2021about 10H00

Needed a electronic device and assistance, there was nobody. Went to the cashiers and asked for a manager, they made a announcement, but after 5 minutes of waiting, I rather left and went to another retailer to buy a similar product at a more expensive price, but I got service

If this is how the company operates, I rather hope the go back to the USA, because we need a company on hand, not in the office
