No customer service

Bad experience I bought a Defy (sxs) fridge cash 2 years ago. The fridge is still under warranty, however The fridge's motor is faulty, its making terrible noise, and I am waiting for months for a technician. I have even requested my money back,because I want to buy a fridge somewhere else,and give their piece of **** bac, however no response..They just ignore my emails.

Dont ever buy electrical appliances at GAME. Especially fridges.
