No customer centricity.
In the past 60 days I have been met with nothing but agony ,as you may see from my previous reviews,I took my faulty phone back to Game Kimberley on the 6th of August 2020 ,It would not switch on and the battery got extremely hot the previous night. I have been told stories after stories that I have to pay some figures around R2700 to fix a phone worth of R1999 I have been told they don't cover charging units under their warranty in spite the fact that the phone was not opened and diagnosed because I could not pay the R2700,on the 6th of September they rudely told me the phone would be returned unfixed but they don't know how long it would take ,I have sent numerous emails to customers services including mass discounters I have also used the Hello Peter platform to date I have to recieved my faulty phone back .So even if I could take it somewhere cheaper to fix it I have to wait on them for almost 3 months because my case is not urgent and my business is not important I gather from the manner I have been treated by both Game and its personnel. I am very disappointed for such a reputable company to have such low and pathetic customer service ,I made a promise to myself I will never again utilise their service and as for my friends, families and everyone I meet I will ensure that they know about my unfortunate treatment I have received.
