No customer care

I ordered a fridge and dishwasher on 27/03/2015 stating delivery do be made on 28/03/2015. Only the dishwasher delivery was made on 28/03/2015. I was told there was a stock problem and no delivery could be made that day. After voicing my frustrations with the call centre on 02/04/2015 I was told a delivery would be happening on 04/04/2015. The delivery truck arrived at 17:30 after being told it would arrive in the morning. The Fridge is not new and did not come in a box and has several bad dents and scratches which is unacceptable. The Fridge was delivered in the rain so without a box so I am concerned as it could be damaged internally and was exceptionally dirty. Due to the size of the fridge doors had to be removed in my house and a door pane was severely damaged. The customer service department was unwilling to find a solution to the issues mentioned above.
