No convenience in buying online at Game store

I am highy upset with Game stores, I placed my order online and it showed they have stock of a sleep couch.. I placed my order on the 30th Of May and they confirmed expected delivery will be the 6th of June... 6th of June no delivery, no call, no email no sms of any delays.. I had to call the following day to enquire based on what I have already paid for and to my surprise m told they will check my order n call back with feedback but no one did.. I keep calling daily and same story.. M told they still trying to locate stock... I regret buying from game stores, m actually disappointed with the treatment and service delivery.. I paid with no problems.. But they fail to deliver... Today I call again and same story, we will check n call you back... Till I said locate the stock n IL fetch it myself since you failing to deliver.. The agent said okay We will load it for collection.. Now it's me spending my petrol and my airtym.. Where is the convenience of buying online wen we are put in such messed up situations.. M really upset..
