no clue at game online

Order number *** cancelled and when you call the online support and speak to Pamela she sounds like shes in another country, and says its the 5th day etc but the order was placed on the 24th April - then she does not know why the order was cancelled she says no stock - but when you purchase the item there is stock or else how does the item get purchased.
