No client service

I went to game kathu toe get a quote for a microwave the lady assisting us was not the friendliest, she talk to her colleagues in their own language and left us standing at info desk. Then we made a payment i took the pop last week. Then the manager took my number as they still need to allocate the payment. Then today i went to the store and still no progress, few minutes after leaving the store the manager phoned me and informed me payment is now allocated. But they do not have a microwave they will order can take up to 10 days????
