No assistance in store for over 20 minutes

I needed a quotation for blinds for 6 windows and went to Game mall of the North decor land desk. The counter was empty and had to wait for 5 minutes until my brother looked for someone in the store for help. A gentleman told us that he will look for someone to assist us at that desk. We waited for a further 10 minutes without any help until a called the store landline while I was still in store at the counter. I was told the person who can assist is on a tea break. We continued to wait, still no assistance. I called the landline again and informed the guy who answered that I was leaving. I can't wait for almost 20 minutes with no help. If the assistant was on a tea break why do they not leave a note on the desk so that customers can know that they are unavailable and will be back at a particular time? Unlike waiting for nothing and not knowing for how long you are going to wait. Very unprofessional to say the least. I am disappointed
