No assistance in store Eastgate

I was at Game Eastgate and wanted to buy a beach umbrella. When get there all umbrellas on display had no bar code or price. Asked for assistance the first lady says these ones without bar code are difficult to assist you on, she promised to get someone from that section. I stood there for more than 3 minutes and no one showed up. Went to the information desk to get help she then showed me a button for pagging for assistance. I did that no one came. After 2 minutes I asked again for help from one the ladies who was passing by. She called out Sibusiso please come and he ignored. I just left the store because no one in that store seems to care
