No assistance from staff

On the 8th of November, we visited the Game Lichtenburg store, the staff was very unhelpful especially the TV Department staff. They saw us approaching the TV department but continued watching TV, completely ignoring us or asking if we need assistance. When we went to pay at the tills, 4 cashiers were sitting together playing on their phones, not assisting clients to pay. It was the most unpleasant shop to be in aswell as no aircons were working.
