No assistance , Bad attitude

On the 5th I purchased goods at Game to the value of R8000 , I waited for more than an hour in the store for assistance , The balance of the staff knows nothing too lazy to assist , sits on the cellphone and tells the customer they cannot assist as they are not in the electronics department !!!! then they check for TV licence which mine was paid up but cannot even spell I had to type out my details for the consultant !!!! personally I felt they are *********** , I dealt with a lady Evelyn who was extremely rude , she dropped the TV I purchased , and the lady who deals with Warranties was not available ! Pathetic service !!!!!!!!!
