No assistance

Today I visited the Game Store I Zevenwacht mall in Kuils River. I wanted to purchase a baby stroller that I saw in the baby department. There was no one to assist so I asked one of the guys working in the next Isle whether he can call someone to assist he the paged someone to come assist. I waited ten minutes and I asked another person for assistance and no help. I then took the stroller to the front desk and I asked for the price after waiting another 10 mins. The lady at the front desk paged someone to assist. I waited another 5 min for assistance. One of the ladies at the front desk tried to assist me but was unable to, she the paged another person to assist me I waited another 5 mins and still no help. At this point I decided to leave the store because the service is pathetic. I ended up not buying anything and this caused me much disappointment because as I work myself up and was ready to strangle someone. This is not my first encounter with the lack of service at this store. Something needs to be done about this because this is not fair towards us as consumers and our money. We expect service and quality goods for our money and Game is clearly not providing this.
