I opened an account on 26 July 2019. I made a purchase on the same day.
I was told that I can pay my account on budget 36 months by the lady who assisted me with opening my account.
When I made a purchase, the cashier asked me nothing, put the purchase through straight instead of budget and just said sorry, I can call them on Monday.
I called Monday 26 July, to ask them that my debit order is 36 months, I was told they will sent a request. I mailed 3 times afterwards to follow up if this was sorted, I am receiving no feedback.
