No assistance

Due to covid 19 i did not recieve a full salary end of april i made a payment through a family member that borrowed me the money it was done 1day late and now on my credit report it states that i am in arrears. Please assist so this can be rectified on my credit score! You are a very big credit provider but do not offer any assistance to members.
