No after sales service Game east rand mall

So dissapointed in the service received from Game East rand mall. I went to buy a washing machine on Thursday the 10th of January 2019. The salesman David promised me that the washing machine would be delivered on Friday or Saturday. I waited the whole of Friday. On Saturday morning I phoned to make sure what time they would drop it off and was told that they would deliver it on Saturday between 2 and 6. It is now Sunday and we still do not have it. After sale service is shocking. No service delivery. I am on my way there now to cancel the deal and get my money back.....
