NO AFTER SALES SERVICE

I bought a Samsung top loader washing machine and was urged by the store to buy an additional extended warranty. The unit stopped working and there are 2 years on my extended warranty. After numerous calls over 4 months they have still not assisted me let alone called me back, I've been ignored and avoided and no one will help me. I've been sitting without a washing machine for 4 months during winter and lockdown even though it is an essential service and they can sell me a new unit but not fix mine!
