No after sale service

Game sells LOGIK air con units and no one seems to know who the supplier is because I want to know where the heck do or can I have this unit serviced as it does not operate correctly and still under warranty So please MR Game and all those retailers out there, you are very keen to sell joe public products, but when it comes to backup and support you are left wanting... I'm now very careful buying anything from Game, because as soon as you paid them, it's tata and don't bother us anymore.
