No a happy customer

I ordered a refrigerator on the 20th January and they promised 7days delivery but even now i have not received tge frudge. When i track the parcel they is no clear indication where the parcel is going to. Its many locations. I did chat with them via their website to enquire about the delivery and i was told on the 2 or the 3rd but to my surprise i have not received it and they is no communication done at this point to tell me what is the delay on the delivery. How is it that they dont keep to their promise am really bothered by this and i feel if they dont deliver on Monday am gonna demand a refund because this is pointless for me to run around after them just to ask for something i payed for.
