Nightmare Shopping Experience

I had a terrible experience whilst shopping at Game Stores in Richards Bay. When I entered the shop there were no trolleys available for me to utilise. I piled the goods up in my arms that I wanted to purchase and went to the check-out to pay. I joined a line to one of the tellers. I then noticed that the 3 people ahead of me were all Game Stores employees. The lady at the till (Game Stores Employee) seemed to have some issue with the teller. I caught the attention of a supervisor who directed me to the cigarette counter to pay for my goods. I saw that there were now trolleys available and selected one for my goods. Whilst the teller was ringing up my goods I lifted my 3 year daughter old who weighs 14kg, into the \kiddies"seat that is provided in the trolley. As soon as I placed the 1st bag of goods into the main basket of the trolley it collapsed completely and fell onto its side taking my daughter with it and injuring her . The floor manager only had an apology to offer and no explanation as to the shocking state of the trolley. I was told to fill IOD form. I am disgusted at the customer service & disregard for Health and Safety at Game Stores. I will never shop there again!"""
