Newcastle Mall Game Overheating.....

For the past year or 3 the Game stores aircon in the Newcastle mall has not been working. It is an absolute horror to try and shop there. They have standing fans all around to try and help this issue but it does not help at all. I have asked whats up with the aircon and all they say is soon. If you buy some food products there you can see its not right anymore due to the extreme heat. This is absolutely pathetic shopping conditions and i am sure i am not the first or last to complain. They will not see me again to spend my money in such an environment!! The rest of the mall is fine but for some reason management or somone does not see the importance to have the aircon fixed. And just coming out the shop you see other people rushing out the extreme hot shop. Bad bad bad for business!! Summer is hear remember!
