Newcastle employees that lie to keep stock for themselves.

<p>Please management, if the catalogue, specials and a goods that you are selling are not for customers please dont advertise them.<br />I went to GAME in South Gate to purchase washing machine and a tumble dryer you advertise that I wanted to be collected in Newcastle KZN, the friendly lady there went to the system and checks if there is stock in the Newcastle branch and she finds that there is, she calls them to confirm if stock is there, the lady on the other line in Newcastle says no they dont have stock on washing machines but they have stock on tumble dryers, ok now we are confirming with them that it is going to be paid for today and someone will come and collect it, then while we on that on the background where the lady from Newcastle is at a man's voice is telling her to tell the lady in South gate that : "yeyi mtshele loyo aphelile" simply means "tell her that they finished", so the lady asks tha all of the sudden they are finished after you confirmed you have stock, then the two giggle on the background and the lady from South Gate tells them to stop playing with customers if this is what you always do and they hung up, so to our conclusion we thinking they keeping it for someone they know or for themselves, if that is the case, please sell your products to your employees, dont advertise them to the public because its seems like its not for customers.</p>
