New Samsung tv

I bought a new TV from game when I got home there was no remote nor power cable. I came back to the store to tell them I do not have the above mentioned items. <br> This guy Peer says I'm lying and talking nonsense that there is a remote. I don't understand how I would come all the way back to lie about not having a power cable or remote
