New machine bought from game i doubt it must be used

Bought a new defy 10 kg wash machine 10/05/2025 have had tech out twice to resolve issue on second visit was told they need to replace the gearbox on the machine. it is a brand new machine that needs repairs done to it. get told they will send a tech nician i dont want a technician i want the machine replaced
