New Game still old Game

Good day

I purchased a fridge on 16 December 2022 at Game Canal Walk. The fridge was delivered on 19 December 2022. On the date of delivery I immediately noticed a defect and reported this to Game. The fridge spent Christmas and new year with me. It was only collected on 3 January 2023. Today is the 6 January 2023 and I still have not received my refund. I was in store 5 January 2023 and after an hour of waiting spoke to Eryn who assured me that this money will be eftd into my account. It is now 6 January 2023 and I have still not received my refund. I am back in store today and have been waiting for 1 hour 13 minutes and counting for the said refund. Eryn is somewhere living his best life, the manager cannot find the paperwork. It really is something. I am frustrated and disappointed. My time is being wasted. Let's see if the refund happens today............... to be continued. I have been patient and kind but yoh even I have a limit.
