NEW GAME ACCOUNT A NIGHTMARE

Game is giving me stress and a headache for weeks!!! After being approved went to collect my card at Gane Secunda took too long but no problem, I used the card just to make sure it works spent R81!!! on the 15th June, than didn't use it till mid July (tried too) when I got to the till I asked for balance and payment due balance was about R4600 and I had to pay R283 which was a red flag and ridiculous spent R81 and pay R283 *** Game. I paid than after tried to pay with the card IT DECLINED 2X cashier said its blocked and had to be unblocked at the customer service, because if you don't use it ,they Block it apparently (red flag) embarrassed I went to tge customer service the lady helped call up the big guys after tedious about of time speaking to 2 different personal card was unblocked ( so they said) I went back to the cashier to pay ,first I asked her to check the balance first card swipe and entered pin slip came out balance was now about R4929 and I proceeded to use it to pay hhis time it said INVALID PIN! I had to again leave to ho to the customer service and leave embarrassed AGAIN .....almost an 1 hoyr spent going back and forth,headache and embarrassed i gave up went home.How can I struggle like this first the installment is ridiculous then ,when I pay or check balances the pin is approved BUT the moment I have to use it pin is INVALID OR CARD BLOCKED!!! I opened the card to make my life easier ....it has not made it easier more anxiety and stress now I have to think OH MY GOODNESS will this damn card work when I pay or will I get embarrassed again EVERYTIME ! next day I decided to call the customer service myself lady couldn't give me a sound or reasonable answer as to why all that happened , from their system clinching sometimes to blaming the cashier who assisted us that maybe they entered something incorrect all NONSENSICAL I decided yo change my pin and try again ........it worked ofcourse but I'm still mad as hell and than as if it wasn't bad enough days later Game debits R283 from my account when just a few days ago I had just paid at the store Game Secunda Mall ..what is wrong with these people ,than I call them and I'm told the payment doesn't reflect and I should send proof I will ..but this account thing is clearly NOT WORKING WHY MUST I STRUGGLE SO MUCH I AM BEYOND UPSET !! I just want to pay it off and close it because it is REALLY REALLY NOT WORTH IT!
