New fridge that is not working

Hellopeter i bought a fridge at on the 7 march 2022 then i didn't switch it on because i was away the i switch it on on the 28th March the fridge was not getting cold i lay a complain the technician came... They installed a compresser and refill gas again the fridge is not working... Can you help me to get a new fridge clearly this one is not new
