Neville Forster a very rude and arrogant Game store manager.
Me and my wife arrived at Game store in The Glen Mall at 14h41 in Saturday April 25th and were met by the store clerk Nkosingiphile Mhlanga and two other lady security personnel. The store closing hours on that day was 15h00. Nkosingiphile turned us back and two other customers requesting entry. Her reason for turning us back was that they (Game employees) wanted to go home at 15h00 and that there were already 50 customers in the store. We requested Nkosingiphile to call her manager and Neville Foster (store manager) came, thereafter the entire respectful tone of the engagement changed. Neville Foster was extremely rude, arrogant and defensive. He told us that turning customers back early was his call as a manager and there is nothing anyone including us can change about it. As Neville Foster and Nkosingiphile Mhlanga were arguing their position for those 20 minutes, customer after customer were leaving the store. I requested an escalation process and Neville's manager and he became even more agressinve, refusing to give me a name for his direct report, telling me that he himself was not able to get a hold of the mystery superior. He told us to go to the website or complain through the call center. About 25 minutes later of Neville Foster refusing us his manager's name, he finally gave a name of Arshad Khalid as his superior. It was only then at around 15h00 after arguing for 20 minutes that we walked away with Neville's manager's name, but still without a proper escalation process and to have suffered a lot of arrogance and mistreatment. This treatment was very appalling by Neville Foster and Nkosingiphile Mhlanga. They did not value us as customers and their selfish intents to leave at closing hour was more priority. I'm extremely disappointed by these two individuals, especially Neville Foster. You can respect and treat your customers batter sir. From a extremely disappointed customer.
