NEVER USE GAME ONLINE SHOPPING

I bought a Samsung washing machine online on 28 August. I received an email indicating delivery will be 4 September. I did get an sms on 30 Aug saying it has been shipped. I phoned the call centre yesterday to ask where is my product. They did not know and said they will phone the courier and then call me back. I am still waiting for the call. She even indicated that they don't deliver on weekends yet they indicated 4 Sept. NEVER USE GAME ONLINE SHOPPING
