Never shopping at game west street again!!!

Game being a big and always busy store, I didn't stand in line to wait for the security guard to seal my packet. When I existed the store, I showed the security my packet and receipt. He insisted that I go back to the entrance I initially used and speak to the guards there as I am not allowed in the store if my packet is not sealed, or I need to wait while the security camera footage is viewed. He began shouting at me, saying that I dont care because i didn't purchase from game. And made it seem like I'm a *****, saying I could bring an empty packet and fill it up with stuff even though I had a receipt and purchased from another store a few minutes ago. I was disgusted at the way customers are treated at game. Being such a big, busy store there should be a more efficient way to make sure parcels are sealed and checked in a timously manner. This happened at Game, durban, West street.
