Never shop at game online!!

This is my second review for the same problem. I wrote a review last week and someone phone on Friday apologized and advised items will be collected from me on that same day and i will get a refund ... Guess what im im still sitting with the 3 out of 8 items i ordered and i still dont have my money and they dont respond to emails... This is just ridiculous!!!, i am never shopping at game online or setting foot in their stores the service they deliver is pathetic.
