NEVER PURCHASE FROM GAME ONLINE STORE

Incredibly disappointed by their online store. Ordered and paid for my device online. The confirmation email confirmed that delivery would be between 3 to 5 working days. The time has lapsed. They have not responded to any of my emails. None of their call centre agents are able to tell me when I can expect delivery. They all do confirm that the devise is out of stock. Should I decide to cancel its said to take up to 14days for me to get my money back. I've asked if I can change my order to something that is in stock, they couldn't help me with this either

This such an inconvenience, I regret using their online store. I'm definitely never purchasing anything from game and will be sure to advise everyone I know to do the same
