NEVER IN STOCK

About two months ago I complained to hello peter about game advertising specials but never received stock, the manager from game welkom contacted me saying he will let me know. Never got a reply so complained again, the manager contacted me again saying they got only some stock not enough for demand he will let me know. Again he phoned saying still waiting for stock. He again phoned saying he's getting pressure from head office to close the case his assistant will let me know. Now on month two still no reply. My question to game head office is, how can you advertise a product and not receive it for two months? I'm searching the web for a complaints commission to take this further. PATHETIC service.
