NEVER EVER buy from GAME online.

I ordered a phone as a gift on 2 November. It is 22 days later and no one knows where the phone is. After several emails, I at last got a reply saying that they will try to find out for me. That is NOT an answer. Surely you track your orders. I am not the only one with this issue. If you don't want to do online orders, then rather don't because now i refuse to ever buy from you guys again.
