Never by from Game online again ever

I have had a bad experience with game store online. I have bought a folding chair with folding table. After I found that I couldn't get the order up until lockdown, I cancelled the order. It has been two weeks and I haven't been given my money back. I have been calling them and they tell me the matter is as head office to decide. What is to decide in giving back my money. When I paid that money I did it immediately now have to wait like am asking for a loan.
