Never by a Bennett Read

A bought a Bennett Read Hydro vacuum cleaner years ago from Game East London. At the time I was considering other brands but the Tevo representative said that Bennett Read was the way to go and that they would always have spare parts. I went into Game Vincent Park Branch on the 24th July to get a new vacuum pipe. The Tevo representative (Asonele) got on the phone with the depo in PE and said they could have one in East London by Wednesday as they get supplies every Wednesday. She sent me banking details to make payment however was not sure of the amount. I had to follow-up with her later in the week to get the amount. By Friday I contacted Asonele and asked if the pipe had arrived. She asked if I had made payment which I did on the 28th July. To date (20/10) I have still not received the replacement pipe. Every time I enquired it was on order. I had to constantly make enquiries. Eventually I was given Tevo PE's number. I contacted them and after a lengthy explanation I was told that I should never have been told to pay for the pipe as the machine is discontinued and they cannot get parts. I have contacted Game Vincent Park's manager and was told to bring the machine in to "try" and match a pipe from stock in the warehouse. Now I'm being told they trying to fix my old pipe and waiting for glue.

This is rediculous and the service from both Tevo and Game is shocking.
