Never buy Verimark products at Game!

Bought a Genesis Cyclovac from Game Kathu on 21/05/2018. Two months later it stopped working. When I took it back to Game they told me that they are unable to assist me and that I had to go to Verimark. I bought the machine from Game and they refused to assist me. At Verimark I had to book the machine in for repairs 05/08/2018. Three weeks later I returned to the store to inquire on the progress. When they looked for the machine it was still in their store and never sent for repairs!!! Today I phoned again and they are still unable to provide me with any feedback.... and in the meantime I am unable to vacuum my carpets....6 weeks now and no one can provide any feedback. This is unacceptable!
