I was suppose to collect my appliances on the 7th July. I paid already at the store on 03july. Up to date I received no call or communication from the store. I have to keep on calling them just to listen to excuses. They promise to get back to me but that never happens. I need my stuff ASAP it's a matter of urgency. I paid for the goods because I need them urgently. If they are not delivered to me tomorrow I'm going to the store for a full cash refund. I wish game stores south africa could help me with my issue. This is disgusting from such a big brand like game. I will never support a massmart store ever again.
