Never buy large appliances from Game
My mother bought three large appliances from Game Festival Mall in March 2017 and purchased the additional warranty. The Defy dishwasher is now giving problems and now after nearly a month I still cannot get somebody from Game or their service provider to come out and have a look at the dishwasher in order for it to be fixed. I was given a reference no when I first reported the fault but nothing. They are always very keen to sell you the additional warranty but when it comes to keeping their side of the contract then nothing. Will never buy large appliances from Game again. Heather

27 Jul 2020, 09:45Good Morning, no surprise. Still no response from Game. Absolutely useless. Will now try to make contact with Mutual & Federal, the company who provides the additional warranty that you buy when purchasing large items from Game.
