Never buy from Game Stores

I bought speakers from Game online in July and they were defective I reported on 31st of July 2020 they only collected faulty speakers mid September after interference from consumer ombudsman and I was told the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 working days but till today 14th of October no refund processed and when I send emails and making phone calls the reply is that it has been processed the amount is approximately R5 600
